Landing valve adalah valve outlet yang dipasang pada riser pipe / standpipe di tiap lantai atau titik tertentu.

- menjaga outlet pressure konstan
- melindungi hose line
Sangat cocok untuk:
- lantai bawah gedung tinggi
- zone pressure control
PRV type umumnya support inlet hingga 20 bar dengan outlet setting 5–8 bar.
